About My Clients
I enjoy working with kids (10+) and teen girls dealing with anxiety, past trauma, sports performance, friendship problems, family conflict, big transitions, perfectionistic tendencies, and managing big emotions. The clients I support are goal-driven and hard-working but are often struggling on the inside. My goal is to assist clients in challenging times by helping them develop the skills and mindsets to reach their full potential.
My Background and Approach
I use a light-hearted approach with clients, centered on trust, rapport, and encouragement. As a former collegiate athlete, I also understand the benefits of holistic wellness and offer "walk and talk" therapy or outside activities for those who may need to keep their bodies busy during sessions. I use other creative approaches to counseling to engage clients as well as talk therapy for those who prefer it.
