About My Clients

Are you LGBTQIA+ or minority-identifying, seeking support with trauma, identity, or life transitions? Do you feel overwhelmed or stuck and want a safe, affirming space to heal and grow? Do you value authenticity, are open to creative approaches, and are ready to build a trusting, compassionate relationship—one that allows for honesty, growth, and even a little laughter? You don’t need to have it all figured out—you just need to be willing to start the journey. I look forward to walking with you.

My Background and Approach

I work with teens and adults, especially those in the LGBTQIA+ community and other minority-identifying groups. I’m passionate about supporting clients through trauma, identity exploration, and life transitions. My approach is affirming, compassionate, and client-centered, grounded in CBT, DBT, feminist theory, and trauma-informed care. I also integrate expressive arts to support healing, self-discovery, and growth. I aim to create a nonjudgmental space where you feel safe to express yourself and explore your path. Therapy doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time—there’s room for honesty, healing, and even a little laughter. I’m here to walk alongside you.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe everyone deserves the opportunity for growth and change. Our past experiences and personal stories shape who we are—and I believe it’s possible to unlearn harmful patterns and replace them with healthier ways of thinking and being. As a member of the LGBTQIA+ community, I’m committed to creating a space rooted in compassion, curiosity, and respect for all identities and backgrounds. I believe therapy can benefit everyone, including therapists. Through my own journey, I’ve learned to meet myself with acceptance, grace, and forgiveness—and I believe you deserve the same. I’m passionate about supporting those in marginalized communities and creating a safe, nonjudgmental space to share, explore, and grow. If you’re curious about how we can work together, feel free to reach out.
