I love working with couple's to improve communication and intimacy. Whether you've been having the same arguments over and over again or you're just feeling out of touch with one another and want to reconnect, therapy can help you get back on track. Having a specialty area in sex therapy is a natural complement to the couple's work I do with clients as they know when they come to me, there are no topics that are off limits.

I'm a Health at Every Size aligned therapist, meaning that when you come to me, you don't stigmatized based on your body. I don't endorse any kind dieting or exercise for weight-loss and don't believe that you need to alter your body in order to be deserving of love, respect, and pleasure.

Sex therapy is a specialty within psychotherapy that focuses on the full spectrum of sexuality related concerns. I am currently in training to become a Certified Sex Therapist and Clinical Sexologist. I found through seeking my own therapy that not all therapists are open to talking about sex and sexuality. I strive to be the kind of therapist that is inclusive, sensitive, and well informed about sexuality so my clients are comfortable bringing every aspect of who they are into the therapy room.

I like helping clients dig into their past experiences but also staying grounded in the here and now and how we can engage in behaviors that will help reach goals going forward.
