About My Clients
Do you feel pressure to “have it all together” and wonder how everyone else manages to find balance? You might feel stuck but unsure how to make a move forward out of fear, self-doubt, or uncertainty, stuck in feelings of depression or anxiety. You might feel ashamed that you’re not meeting your own expectations or find yourself doing things just to make others happy. If any of these thoughts speak to you, I'd like to help you work through these.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in working with adults experiencing relationship issues, anxiety, and depression. I also enjoy working with male-identifying folks as I believe men do not have enough safe spaces to express their thoughts and feelings openly. I help folks discover where there are unhelpful patterns in their lives and work collaboratively to cultivate your true, authentic voice. I work to develop self-compassion and build healthy habits one step at a time that get you closer to living the life you want. I have experience working with individuals, groups, couples, families; and within different systems including schools, clinics, and government/nonprofit organizations. My background also includes working with individuals in the justice system as well as their families. I've attended trainings focused on anxiety tools, substance use, harm reduction models, motivational interviewing, and others.
