About My Clients
Life transitions and change can lead to anxiety, discomfort, and a desire to just feel better. I strive to bring warmth, compassion, and a little bit of humor to adults, children, and their families as they navigate changing life circumstances and the discomfort that exists in the growth zone. My work with clients spans a wide range of experiences including substance use, housing instability, anxiety, depression, ADHD, trauma, and working through challenging life events and every day stressors.
My Background and Approach
My passion for this work began early in life, shaped by my own family's mental health challenges. I strive to bring warmth, safety, and compassion into our sessions, serving as a reminder that you don't have to do this alone. My goal is to help clients find steadiness during the often uncomfortable moments, providing tools and guidance to carry with you outside of sessions.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My commitment to mental health extends beyond direct practice. I advocate through participation in research on human trafficking and domestic violence, and support outdoor recreation as a tool for wellness and community building.
