About My Clients
I work with high-functioning people who look ‘fine’ on the outside but feel overwhelmed on the inside—those navigating chronic illness, anxiety, self-doubt, or perfectionism. My clients are thoughtful, sensitive, and tired of holding everything together alone. Together we untangle old patterns, honor your limits, and create space for you to feel seen, supported, and more like yourself.
My Background and Approach
I’m a licensed clinical mental health counselor with a background in person-centered therapy, parts work (IFS-informed), and emotion-focused approaches. My work is grounded in genuine connection, compassion, and deep respect for your inner world. I specialize in supporting high-functioning individuals, trauma survivors, and those navigating chronic illness, self-doubt, or perfectionism. In therapy, my goal is to help you slow down, reconnect with the parts of you that carry too much, and create sustainable change that honors both your strength and your limits. I bring a calm, steady presence and a style that is validating, intuitive, and deeply collaborative.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that people do the best they can with the resources they have — and that healing becomes possible when we feel safe enough to stop performing and start telling the truth. I see therapy as a place where you don’t have to be “the strong one,” and where all parts of you are welcome. I value authenticity, curiosity, and honoring the complexity of being human.
