About My Clients
Are you burnt out? Feeling overwhelmed? Feel like you have no support? Or do you just need someone to vent to that won't judge you? I believe healing is personal and can take many forms—whether it’s talk therapy, creative expression, movement, or leaning on your community. My approach is to meet you where you are, not pretend I have all the answers. Together, we’ll build on the strengths, interests, background, and values you already have to create a plan that works for you.
My Background and Approach
I draw from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support your healing journey. My approach is grounded in evidence-based practices that foster emotional resilience, self-awareness, and meaningful change. I’m also expanding my skills with training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) to offer additional tools for processing and healing trauma.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a queer-affirming therapist who identifies as pansexual, I strive to create a safe, inclusive space for the LGBTQ+ community—so if you’re looking for a therapist who understands the unique experiences within our community, I may be a good fit. I am also spiritual and honor the many ways faith and beliefs can take shape. I recognize the deep impacts of systemic racism and the need for decolonizing healing spaces, and I work to approach therapy with cultural humility and awareness. My goal is to help you explore and define your own beliefs in a way that nurtures and supports your overall healing journey.
