About My Clients
You may be feeling overwhelmed, disconnected, or weighed down by emotions that feel too heavy to carry alone. Maybe you’ve experienced trauma or find yourself stuck in patterns of self-doubt, anxiety, or people-pleasing. Perhaps you struggle to set boundaries, speak your truth, or feel like you're "too much" for others—yet still not enough for yourself. You might be someone who’s deeply introspective, sensitive, and hard on yourself, always trying to be everything to everyone.
My Background and Approach
With over four years of clinical experience, I am a trauma-informed therapist committed to creating a safe, affirming space for LGBTQ+ individuals, as well as adults and adolescents (ages 16+). My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and rooted in evidence-based practices. I draw from Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy to help clients explore and process trauma, build emotional resilience, and move toward meaningful change. I am passionate about supporting individuals as they navigate difficult emotions, develop self-compassion, and reconnect with their personal strengths and values. I believe that self-love and self-compassion aren’t luxuries—they’re the foundation of a meaningful, healthy life. Together we will explore the barriers that have kept you from fully embracing your worth, your truth, and your power.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As an active member of the LGBTQ+ community, I’m passionate about creating affirming, inclusive spaces where people feel seen, safe, and valued for who they are. I believe that mental health care should be rooted in equity, cultural humility, and a deep respect for lived experience. I believe in the power of vulnerability, connection, and collective healing.
