About My Clients
I work with relationship difficulties, grief, and life transitions. My areas of focus include PTSD, attachment wounds, sexuality, sexual abuse, adoption, and non-traditional family structures. I am interested in providing a corrective experience for those who have experienced harm in previous therapy, as well as those who were parentified as children. I enjoy working with caregivers, artists, healthcare professionals and those with loved ones who struggle with addiction, BPD & NPD.
My Background and Approach
My approach is relational, holistic, and informed by intersectional feminism and psychodynamic theory. I'm passionate about assisting clients in their healing journeys through attention to mind, body, and spirit. I work collaboratively with my clients and offer EMDR in addition to talk therapy.
