About My Clients
I work with women 18+ navigating anxiety, relationships, identity, and life transitions, with a special passion for pregnancy, postpartum, and motherhood. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, losing touch with yourself, or struggling to balance everyone's needs, therapy can be a space to slow down and reconnect with who you are. You don't have to have it all figured out. Together, we'll make room for your experiences with compassion, curiosity, and honesty.
My Background and Approach
My interest in supporting women is rooted in both my professional journey and personal experience. As a biological mom and stepmom, I understand that motherhood can be beautiful, complicated, exhausting, and meaningful all at once. These experiences have deepened my appreciation for the challenges women face as they navigate identity, relationships, expectations, and change. My approach to therapy is warm, collaborative, and genuine. I believe growth happens when we can approach ourselves with curiosity rather than judgment. Together, we can explore your experiences, recognize patterns, and develop a deeper understanding of your emotions, relationships, and needs. I make room for both compassion and challenge, offering support while encouraging meaningful growth. My hope is to help you feel more connected to yourself and create a life that feels authentic to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe two things can be true at once. You can love your children and still feel overwhelmed by motherhood. You can be grateful for your life and still want something to change. You can care deeply for others and still need space to care for yourself. Having complicated feelings doesn't make you selfish or ungrateful; it makes you human. I believe everyone deserves to be met with compassion, curiosity, and respect rather than judgment. There is no single right way to navigate motherhood, relationships, or personal growth. Your experiences, values, and needs matter. I also believe growth begins with understanding ourselves more deeply. Change isn't always comfortable or linear, and you don't have to navigate it perfectly. My hope is to create a space where you feel safe to be honest, explore the parts of yourself that need attention, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself and the people you love.
