About My Clients
I love working with adults and couples who are navigating the lasting impact of trauma, attachment wounds, or relational disconnection. Many of my clients are healing from difficult family dynamics, betrayal, or identity struggles and want to understand why certain patterns keep repeating. You might feel stuck between who you’ve been and who you want to become. In our work, we’ll make sense of your story, build emotional safety, and create space for more trust, self-worth, and meaningful connect
My Background and Approach
I’m a clinical mental health counseling intern at Acorn Therapy and earning my MA at Antioch University. My style is warm, collaborative, and grounded in attachment theory, person-centered values, parts work (IFS), Polyvagal theory, and Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT). I love supporting adults and couples working through attachment wounds, betrayal trauma, nervous system dysregulation, self-worth challenges, and relational disconnection. Together, we’ll slow down, explore your inner world, and make sense of old patterns so you can show up in life and relationships with more security, trust, and ease. I see therapy as a space where you don’t have to carry everything alone. We’ll work at your pace, honoring your story every step of the way.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy is most powerful when people feel deeply seen, safe, and accepted as their full selves. My work is guided by values of authenticity, compassion, and curiosity. I’m passionate about creating spaces that honor all identities and experiences, and I support LGBTQ+ communities, racial justice movements, and trauma-informed approaches to care. I value social change that centers dignity, belonging, and systemic awareness. I believe our personal healing is connected to the larger communities we live in, and I approach therapy with this bigger picture in mind. Outside of the therapy room, I’m drawn to creative expression, travel, and spending time with my cats; these things that keep me grounded and remind me of our shared humanity.
