My Background and Approach
My philosophy when it comes to therapy is that a good relationship yields positive results. When we begin counseling, no matter what goals you hope to accomplish, step one is to build a foundation of trust and compassion. I work with a range of issues, specializing in adults who have experienced trauma, either recently or in childhood, those who struggle with managing ADHD, or those who feel generally overwhelmed with life.
