About My Clients
I work with adults navigating addiction, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, life change, and the stress that comes with simply being human.
My Background and Approach
I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker and a Licensed Addictions Counselor with 9 years of experience in the field and have a Master's of Social Work degree from the University of Denver. I have worked in private practice for the past 5 years and worked facilitating group, individual, and family therapy in multiple settings prior to that. Using tools from cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), motivational interviewing, family systems, and mindfulness, I tailor each session to fit you. Above all, I aim to create a safe space built on trust, empathy, and authenticity where you feel heard, respected, and supported.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
My approach is warm, collaborative, and rooted in the belief that you carry inner wisdom and resilience. I’m just here to help you reconnect with it and move forward in greater alignment.
