About My Clients
Are you moving through a time of transition or emotional overwhelm? Maybe you're questioning old roles, beliefs, or relationships and craving a more grounded sense of self. I work with children, teenagers, and adults who feel worried, overwhelmed, untethered, or emotionally stuck. In my therapy practice, I offer space to reconnect with your body, voice, and deeper knowing. Together, we’ll move toward clarity, meaning, and an inner steadiness that holds through change.
My Background and Approach
I’ve spent years walking with clients through anxiety, transitions, and stress. My background includes school-based work, mindfulness training, yoga, and post-graduate clinical study, allowing me to integrate multiple healing lenses. I draw from CBT, mindfulness, expressive and somatic work, and Jungian informed practices. Our work may involve exploring emotional patterns, reconnecting with the body, practicing grounding techniques, or gently mapping your inner world. My role is to witness and guide, not rush. Together we’ll move toward healing that’s rooted, sustainable, and self-directed.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe therapy can be a steadying space during life’s most disorienting transitions. I’m especially passionate about working with clients navigating anxiety, identity shifts, stress, or the quiet unraveling of meaning. If you’re questioning old belief systems or seeking a deeper connection to your sense of self, I bring a warm, grounded presence to help you explore with compassion and clarity. I welcome complexity and honor the richness of each person’s unfolding story.
