Cognitive Behavioral (CBT) With over 20 years of experience as a Licensed Clinician and mental health professional, I have utilized Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) to help individuals reshape their thought patterns and behaviors. Solution Focused Brief Treatment Many of us navigate life with limited experiences shaped by our upbringing and past circumstances. As a result, we may also have limited knowledge of effective ways to cope with life’s stressors. Person-centered (Rogerian) My journey in the mental health field began long before I became a Licensed Clinician—driven by a deep commitment to helping individuals navigate life’s challenges. Dialectical Behavior (DBT) Life can feel like an emotional roller coaster, filled with ups and downs that challenge our mindset and emotions. Strength-Based Without strength, we lack the power to rise above challenges and redeem ourselves.
