My ideal clients include individuals facing mental health challenges such as ADHD, depression, anxiety, OCD, substance use disorders, and personality disorders. I also work with those navigating complex trauma, including narcissistic abuse, or managing acute psychotic conditions. My Background and Approach
I’ve been an RN since 2014, specializing in psychiatric care since 2016, and became a mental health nurse practitioner in 2022. My diverse experience includes supporting developmentally delayed children, individuals with co-occurring mental illness and substance use, and those with acute psychiatric disorders or personality disorders. My specialties include medication management, CBT, and psychotherapy tailored to each client’s needs, with services like weight management, gene testing for medication optimization, and workplace support letters.
