Are you over having the same vicious fight where you feel unheard? Is there a sense of detachment and the lack of intimacy between you two is growing? You want to make sense of all of this and don't know where to start. We can create a safe place to unpack everything going on.
My Background and Approach
I make sure we explore your goals in a non-judgemental, safe space. We work together and address what you want to be addressed. I understand that some of your thoughts and emotions can feel heavy and distressful. You may feel in crisis or maybe you're hoping for a sense of relief. You don't have to do this alone. I have a Masters degree in Clincial Mental Health Counseling. I have a background working with relationships, families and individuals experiencing anxiety, stress, relationship issues, self esteem, trauma and much more. We can explore and address your symptoms of distress and find peace in the future.

You deserve to feel important, special, and understood. Let's recreate that passionate, emotional connection with your partner that you've been thriving for. You can feel like a priority again. Rebuilding healthy communication, recreating the intimacy and friendship, or working on increasing trust, are all things we can address in our time together.
