About My Clients
Over the years, I have gained experience working with children, adolescents, and adults dealing with a number of concerns including domestic violence, trauma, depression, anxiety, neurodevelopmental disorders, and grief and loss. Currently, I serve adults struggling with anxiety, depression, life transitions, spiritual challenges, grief/loss, and those seeking to understand self-worth.
My Background and Approach
My approach focuses on an individual’s strengths and draws from faith based, Cognitive Behavioral, Internal Family Systems, Acceptance and Commitment, and Dialectical and Behavioral therapies. As your therapist, I will not only work with you to address the surface symptoms that led you to seek help but I will also guide and support you as we navigate through identifying, exploring, challenging, and when needed, rebuilding the core of what drives your symptoms so you are better equipped to successfully navigate through life's journey.
