About My Clients
I work with Millennials and Gen Z who are tired of feeling anxious, stuck, or like they’re just going through the motions. Maybe you’re burnt out, overthinking everything, or questioning who you really are and what you want. You’ve been holding it all together—but it’s exhausting. In therapy, we’ll get real, unpack the pressure, and help you reconnect with yourself. You deserve support that actually gets you. Let’s find a way forward that feels more like you.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC, LCPC) with 14+ years of experience supporting teens, young adults, and professionals through anxiety, burnout, trauma, and identity exploration. I hold a Master’s in Counseling and an MBA in Organizational Leadership—so I get both the emotional and practical sides of navigating stress, career pressure, and major life shifts. I’m trained in trauma-focused care, CBT, and clinical supervision, which means I bring both compassion and real tools to our work. I specialize in working with high-achieving Millennials and Gen Z who are smart, self-aware, and completely exhausted. Therapy with me is down-to-earth, affirming, and designed to help you untangle what’s weighing you down, build better boundaries, and feel more like yourself again. Whether you’re dealing with anxiety, impostor syndrome, or just feeling “off,” I meet you where you are and walk with you toward something better.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that therapy should be a space where you feel seen, supported, and safe to be your full self—no masks, no judgment. I’m a strong advocate for LGBTQ+ rights, racial justice, reproductive freedom, and mental health access. I show up in my work with a deep commitment to social equity and trauma-informed, affirming care. I’ve worked in nonprofits, schools, and community spaces, and I know how powerful it is when people feel heard and valued. I’m especially passionate about helping people who’ve grown up in environments where vulnerability wasn’t safe—whether due to culture, religion, or family dynamics. Outside of therapy, I’m an animal lover, a true crime podcast fan, and a big believer in rest as resistance. I aim to create a space where your values, identities, and lived experiences are honored—and where healing feels like something you’re allowed to have, too.
