I live by the Golden Rule, of treating others the way I want to be treated. I am eager to help others discover or work through life's obstacles to gain optimum success. Everyone is different so my counseling style will vary depending on the individual.
My Background and Approach
I cater my counseling style to the individual's specific needs. Person Centered, CBT, and solution focused therapies are used to assist with managing depression, anxiety, behavior concerns, anger management, and life issues.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
A safe environment, where they would feel comfortable, not judged, and heard. They will have the freedom to explore and discuss their issues or concerns increasing feelings of empowerment!
