About My Clients
We all have challenges to heal from, grow through, or untangle. I offer a safe, compassionate space where you can explore your struggles without judgment and receive the support you deserve. I work with individuals navigating anxiety, burnout, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, self-esteem, body image, and sexuality. My goal is to help you cultivate self-acceptance, resilience, and clarity so you can move forward with confidence.
My Background and Approach
I believe that every individual has an innate strength and wisdom within them. My role as a therapist is to help you reconnect with your inner truth and co-create a path toward healing and growth that feels authentic to you. I take a strengths-based, client-centered approach, meeting you where you are and tailoring our work to your unique needs, preferences, and life stage. Regardless of what diagnosis you have been given or what life has thrown at you - you are not broken and you have everything you need inside of you already to begin the healing process. There is no "one-size-fits-all" in therapy, I draw from a diverse range of evidence-based modalities, including EMDR, mindfulness, movement-based practices, DBT, somatic methods, and internal family systems-informed therapies. Together, we’ll explore what resonates most with you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I left my corporate career to pursue my dream of becoming a therapist mid-life and I have never looked back. Being a therapist is more than a job for me, it's a huge part of my life's purpose. In addition to being a therapist, I am a volunteer in my community, mom to an amazing young man and several cats. I love walking, laughing, and sharing a good meal with friends.
