I am person-centered in my approach, meaning that you are the expert on yourself, and what you want will help guide therapy. I provide education on what is happening in your brain and in your body, and we will work through strategies so that you feel more in control. We will also work on identifying your thoughts, emotions, and behaviors so you will understand more on what's happening in your present life.
