About My Clients
I see diverse clients working through anxiety and depression. I have seen people struggling with LGBTQ+ issues. My specialty is working with suicide thoughts and self-harm.
My Background and Approach
I have worked in many different treatment settings, from the suicide hotline to outpatient group therapy. I want to help meet you where you are and to learn from you. You are the expert of your own life I want to help you on your healing journey. I believe in needing to understand our past to better help us in the present. The events in our past can impact us today and we can see those patterns together. I also use a strengths based approach, helping you to see past events you've overcome in the past. I want to build on the strengths you come into session with.
