About My Clients
You might be overthinking, feeling stuck in patterns, or even like you are losing your sense of direction. I work with teens through older adults who are navigating difficulties associated with people-pleasing, self-esteem struggles, overthinking, over analyzing, and life transitions. Whether you're dealing with relationship stress or major changes, or just a sense that something isn't working anymore, therapy can help you gain clarity and move forward.
My Background and Approach
My style is direct, validating, and grounded in real conversation. I’ll support you—but I’ll also help you notice patterns, challenge unhelpful thoughts, and make practical changes that actually stick. And when it fits, I bring in a little humor, because growth doesn’t have to feel heavy all the time. I use a blend of approaches including cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and creative interventions like art and play therapy. Everything is tailored to you—your pace, your goals, your life. Therapy with me is about understanding yourself more clearly, building confidence, and creating changes that feel meaningful and sustainable.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
Clients often describe me as warm, honest, and easy to talk to. I create a space where you can be real without feeling judged—but also where you’ll be gently challenged to grow. You don’t need to have everything figured out before starting. We’ll work through it together.
