About My Clients

If you're a Gen Z or Millennial of color navigating ADHD, diagnosed or not, and ready to understand how it's been showing up in your relationships and your life, you're in the right place. I work with adults of color connecting the dots between their ADHD, their upbringing, and the relationship patterns that keep showing up no matter how hard they try to do things differently.

My Background and Approach

If you've made it to my profile, something probably resonated. Maybe you've recently connected the dots around ADHD, or you're tired of it quietly affecting your relationships. Here's what working with me looks like. We'll understand how ADHD has been showing up in your relationships and where those patterns started. We'll make sense of RSD and how growing up having your emotions dismissed or labeled as too much made it harder to trust your own experience. We'll work on communication patterns you were never taught, boundaries without guilt, and tools for emotional regulation that actually work for your brain. I hold a Master's in Counseling Psychology and a Master's in Higher Education. I'm a neurodivergent-affirming, culturally informed clinician which means your identity, your upbringing, and your cultural context are all part of the work. Telehealth across California.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

Outside of the therapy room I am a mom of four, a first generation college graduate, vegan, and a SoCal native who has called the Inland Empire home for most of my life. My Bachelor's in Gender, Ethnicity and Multicultural Studies wasn't just a degree, it was the foundation of how I move through the world and show up in this work. I believe deeply in the dignity and humanity of all marginalized people and communities, and that commitment shows up in every aspect of my practice. I am an advocate for mental health equity, neurodiversity, and culturally responsive care, particularly for communities of color who have been historically underserved and misunderstood by mental health systems.
