About My Clients
I assist children, adolescents, teens, and young adults ages 5-22 years old with issues related to anxiety and stress, emotion regulation, ADHD, social skills, and behavioral concerns.
My Background and Approach
I offer in-person or telehealth/virtual therapeutic services to children, teens, and young adults. I offer 53-minute therapy sessions during the weekdays. I'm happy to have parent sessions with the guardians of my client's as well. I am part of a group practice, Counselors Associates LTD, located in Creve Coeur MO. I value a holistic approach in therapy understanding that one’s social, emotional, psychological, and physical health all contribute to their well-being. I believe that therapy requires willingness and commitment to positive change. I use Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Oriented, and Behavioral Skills Training techniques
