My Background and Approach
As a licensed mental health counselor based in Olympia, WA, I believe true healing happens when we feel seen, heard, and safe in both mind and body. Drawing on my background as a school counselor and educator, I offer a collaborative and practical approach that helps clients process emotions, overcome challenges, and build lasting resilience.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I believe that everyone has the capacity to grow and change at any point in their life. Mental health challenges often arise from learned behaviors, and I firmly believe that these can be unlearned and replaced with healthier ways of thinking and acting.
