About My Clients
I work with adults from all walks of life, including members of the LGBTQIA+ communities, those living with chronic health conditions, and individuals navigating questions of identity, culture, and belonging. If you're feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or simply ready to better understand yourself, this is a space for that work.
My Background and Approach
I’m a Licensed Professional Counselor in Arizona and a Certified Rehabilitation Counselor. I earned my Master’s in Counseling from the University of Arizona and have spent the past few years working as a therapist in the Tucson community. I’ve had the privilege of working with people from many different backgrounds, including individuals with disabilities, neurodiverse clients, and members of the LGBTQIA+ community. In therapy, I take a collaborative approach. We focus on what matters most to you and work together toward the changes you want in your life. My goal is to create a space where you feel comfortable, respected, and supported.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
We live in a world that can feel overwhelming and uncertain for many people. As a counselor and a human being, I believe every person deserves to be met with dignity, respect, and kindness. My personal calling is to bring out the strengths, passions, and potential that already exist in each of my clients, regardless of where they come from or what they carry. I believe our world is a better place when we slow down and listen to one another. I see therapy as a tool for personal transformation, and as a small but meaningful way of bending the arc toward a more just and compassionate world.
