I work with children and adults of all ages and sexualities. I focus on individuals living with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, emotional and relationship issues.

My Background and Approach

I use a Mindfulness-Based and Cognitive Behavioral approach. I also focus on Choice Theory and Forgiveness Therapy to better one’s relationship with themselves and others.
