About My Clients
Life is difficult. At times, we want another person to help us navigate unexpected changes, emotional struggles, confusing relationships, or moments of self-doubt. What I offer is space, time, and an honest, attuned relationship where we can explore life’s difficulties together.
My Background and Approach
My approach is primarily psychodynamic and somatic. This work helps deepen the connection between mind and body, while bringing awareness to unconscious patterns that shape how we feel, relate, and move through the world. I am easy to talk to, open-minded, and gently guiding. We start each meeting with where you are in the moment, and let the session unfold naturally. I provide ample space for silence and reflective processing, and encourage free expression without judgment. Through our work, my hope is that you will develop greater self-awareness, self-acceptance, more fulfilling relationships, while building resilience and inner strength. I work with adult survivors of childhood trauma, as well as individuals experiencing ADHD, anxiety, depression, grief, men’s issues, OCD, psychosomatic illness, relational conflict, substance use concerns, and issues related to technology and video games. I am currently an Analyst Candidate at the C.G. Jung Institute of Los Angeles.
