You can no longer show up "in parts" and compartmentalize your life based on everyone else's comfort. It's bullsh!t and you know it, and you've hit a wall but have no idea where to even start. You can't wait 7 sessions to assess whether or not THIS is the time that you can FULLY unload the things that weigh you down and keep you up at night full of shame, fear, and anger. You don't have that kind of time. And you definitely don't have the capacity.
My Background and Approach
You're ready to dive in and do the work, but need to feel safe. This can be that space for you. Where you can finally grow, as a whole human, rather than in parts. I'm a LGBTQIA+ and relationship affirming (i.e. CNM) therapist. I’m an open book who is as transparent as it comes. There is no such thing as "TMI" for me. You can trust that our interactions will be full of authenticity and honest answers. This is your space to come that is free of ANY biases (for real). Bring the raw. Bring your truth. Bring the WHOLE you. You can expect my tattoos to be showing, and my sarcasm and dark humor to show up when it may be meaningful. I arrive authentically, and my hope is you feel comfortable doing the same. I love helping clients discover the strength they didn't think was there, and I'd feel honored to be a part of your journey to your "aha" moment.
