About My Clients
I am especially drawn to working with individuals and families who are navigating complex relational dynamics, life transitions, and patterns that feel difficult to shift. I enjoy working with clients who are motivated for growth, even if they feel stuck, overwhelmed, or unsure of where to start. My work often focuses on helping clients understand themselves within the context of their relationships, build insight into patterns, and develop practical ways to create meaningful change.
My Background and Approach
My background is strongly rooted in systems theory, and I approach therapy through a relational lens that considers the broader context of each client’s life. I integrate a range of evidence-based approaches, including CBT, DBT, narrative therapy, and motivational interviewing, tailoring interventions to meet each client’s needs. I also place a strong emphasis on mindset work, language, and helping clients shift the way they understand and relate to their experiences, allowing for both insight and actionable change.
