I provide an caring and non-judgemental, safe space in which to address what concerns you. You will leave each session with specific goals to work on, and with the tools required to start making changes immediately. I use proven techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based therapy to achieve your goals. I am also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and provide Clinical Hypnotherapy as appropriate.
