About My Clients
Anxiety, Depression, or Relationship problems may bring my clients in initially, but my ideal client works to uncover the root behind these in order to find peace and move forward in a healthy manner.
My Background and Approach
I provide an caring and non-judgemental, safe space in which to address what concerns you. You will leave each session with specific goals to work on, and with the tools required to start making changes immediately. I use proven techniques like Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), and Mindfulness-Based therapy to achieve your goals. I am also a Certified Clinical Hypnotherapist, and provide Clinical Hypnotherapy as appropriate.
