Through this process of being known well, you'll learn to better know, accept and change yourself and your relationships. To know thyself is not only the beginning of wisdom, but also of healing, change and transformation. I invite you on a journey of self discovery. To be known well in order to live well. My approach integrates aspects of different therapies, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavioral Therapy (DBT) and Internal Family Systems Therapy (IFS). I also offer the option of a faith-based perspective when requested.
