About My Clients

Clients can expect a warm, empathetic, and positive environment. They can expect to leave their sessions feeling hopeful/encouraged, and with a plan to move forward. I specialize in working with clients with anxiety, depression, ADHD, and those in life transition- be it a life change, being a new parent, career concerns, or a new season of life.

My Background and Approach

I am a Licensed Professional Counselor with a master's degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Wright State University. I specialize in using CBT to help individuals dealing with anxiety, depression, life stress, self-esteem, career difficulties/stress, grief, relationship issues, and those going through life transitions to experience positive growth/change. I believe that open communication is important for healthy growth and developing new skills. I use a warm, strengths-based, and solution-focused approach to help clients process and develop a game plan to address their presenting complaints. I am a firm believer that everyone is doing the best that they can with what they have when they have it. It's this core belief that is reflected in session.
