About My Clients
Seeing a new therapist can be an intimidating process, and I do my best to create a welcoming and non judgmental space for clients. My main focus in therapy is to help clients move towards their goals, reduce their anxiety and stress, and to get out of autopilot and start living again. This is a different experience for everyone depending on their goals which can range from creating new coping skills, finding opportunities to set boundaries, or just having a safe space to process challenges.
My Background and Approach
I specialize in depression, anxiety, relationships, family issues, women's issues, binge eating and disordered/emotional eating. I have experience with a variety of interventions that I integrate based on the needs of each client. I believe it is important to discover what works best for you and what you find helpful during this process. I'm currently doing telehealth only in the state of WA.
