About My Clients
I work with individuals and couples, with a strong focus on helping men navigate life transitions, relationship challenges, career stress, and the pressure to meet expectations at work, at home, and within themselves. Our work focuses on meaningful, realistic change—improving communication, strengthening relationships, and helping you feel more grounded and aligned with who you are.
My Background and Approach
My approach is warm, collaborative, and insight-oriented. We’ll explore how your past has shaped you while staying focused on where you want to go. Sessions are conversational, focused, and will help generate meaningful insights that carry into your everyday life. For many men, therapy isn’t an obvious first step. It can feel uncomfortable or unnecessary, or like something you should be able to handle alone. That hesitation is understandable. Therapy offers something different from talking to friends: a confidential, nonjudgmental space that’s centered entirely on you with an emphasis on change that lasts outside of our sessions. I’m a Los Angeles native with a BA in Communication & Sociology from UC Davis and a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Antioch University, Los Angeles. My training includes Maple Counseling Center, and I hold a certificate in Psychoanalytic Studies from the Los Angeles Institute and Society for Psychoanalytic Studies.
