About My Clients
I work with those who are on the spectrum, and those who have been affected by a Narcissistic relationship (bosses/coworkers, family members, significant others, etc). For Autism/Neurodivergence, I help my clients understand their brain; I empower my clients. For Narcissism, I help my clients understand the game, the rules of the game, the ins/outs/why's/why not's. If they are educated on how things work, it helps them not only heal, but to be able to make better informed decisions.
My Background and Approach
My approach is what the clients needs. I can be fun or serious. We can do homework, or not. I naturally tend to be more positive thinking, person centered, and have a more relaxed approach. I want my clients to feel comfortable. I have the following certifications: Autism Spectrum Disorder Clinical Specialist, Trauma Specialist-Level 1, and Narcissistic Abuse Survivor Practitioner. I have personal experience with both of my special focuses, so you get someone who has lived it too. I am ASD and ADHD myself, so I can explain things to those on the spectrum really well. I've also dealt with my share of Narcissistic Abuse. I get it. I live it. I BELIEVE YOU. I listen to you.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
I am a helper, and always have been. I like to see others flourish and be happy. My special hobbies are horses, outdoors (kayaking, camping, riding, hiking, etc), health science, psychology, and crafting. I love life, I love nature. I use my hobbies for self care and I encourage my clients to find their safe places that bring them peace to recharge their batteries. I feel like having support is so important for us all to feel safe enough to grow through our traumas. Life is hard, especially if you feel isolated and misunderstood. I've been there, done that, and I want to share my knowledge and experience to help others heal too.
