About My Clients

I enjoy working with people who want to better understand themselves, their relationships, and the patterns that keep showing up in their lives. I’m especially drawn to clients navigating anxiety, trauma, body image, identity, neurodivergence, life transitions, or relationship concerns. I welcome individuals and partners across a wide range of relationship structures and identities. You don’t need to have everything figured out; being open to exploration is enough to start.

My Background and Approach

I’m a counselor trainee working under the supervision of an experienced clinician, with a strong commitment to ongoing education and thoughtful, ethical care. My clinical interests include anxiety, trauma, identity development, neurodivergence, body image, relationship concerns, and life transitions. I also bring 14 years of experience as a body-inclusive strength coach. That work has deeply shaped how I understand resilience, body awareness, self-trust, and the ways our experiences can affect how safe or at home we feel in our bodies. In counseling, I draw from a compassionate, collaborative, and mind-body perspective, tailoring our work to what feels useful and meaningful for you rather than expecting you to fit into a one-size-fits-all approach.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe people deserve spaces where they can show up as their full selves without having to shrink, explain, or fit into someone else’s idea of who they should be. My values are grounded in inclusion, compassion, autonomy, social justice, and respect for the many ways people build meaningful lives and relationships. I also believe that good counseling requires an awareness of power, privilege, and the larger systems that shape our experiences. I recognize that I move through the world with privileges connected to aspects of my own identity and body, and I see it as my responsibility to remain aware of those privileges, continue learning, and approach each client with humility rather than assumptions. I value authenticity over perfection and believe therapy works best when it feels collaborative, human, and free from judgment.
