About My Clients
I specialize in empowering young women in their 20's & early 30s to gain mastery over anxiety & mood, complex trauma, self-esteem enhancement, & chronic stress management. I am EMDR trauma trained & certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). My patients gain an empowered peace & true capacity for self-love. I treat women of all ages but specialize in ages 18-34.
My Background and Approach
My clinical specialties are anxiety, complex trauma, self-esteem improvement, chronic stress. I am also trained in addiction & eating disorder recovery, and focus on healthy habits for mental wellness. I will use scientific, evidence-based therapies along w/ strong clinical intuition to help you uncover the power of your thoughts as you learn the connection between what you think, what you feel, & what you do. My treatment approaches are CBT, DBT, EMDR, solution-focused, & psychodynamic therapy. Special Training: Certified in perinatal mental health (PMH-C). Certified in Trauma-Focused CBT through the Medical University of South Carolina. EMDR Trained through Institute of Creative Mindfulness. CBTE Trained-Dept of Psychiatry at University of Oxford I use my education, training, & intuition to empower others in building healthy habits and learning mental training strategies to regulate your nervous system; shift underlying negative beliefs; and build confidence in the self.
