Clinical Social Worker in Fort Wayne, IN

About My Clients

Warm, collaborative therapy for adults and couples seeking support with anxiety, depression, trauma, relationships, and life transitions. Empowering meaningful change.

My Background and Approach

I’m a Licensed Clinical Social Worker who helps older adolescents, adults, and couples create meaningful change. My approach is warm, collaborative, and grounded in evidence‑based practices like CBT, DBT, and Motivational Interviewing. I focus on helping clients understand patterns, strengthen relationships, and build skills for emotional regulation and resilience. I also specialize in trauma, perinatal mental health, postpartum challenges, and parenting support across all stages of family life.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I believe therapy should both support and challenge clients. I see my role as helping people examine the patterns that keep them stuck and encouraging them to push beyond familiar but unhelpful ways of coping. I provide a structured, goal‑oriented environment where clients can safely explore discomfort, practice new skills, and test out different responses. I challenge clients to reflect more deeply, tolerate difficult emotions, and take intentional steps toward change, while maintaining respect for their autonomy and readiness.
