As a Licensed Advanced Alcohol and Drug Counselor and Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with over 10 years of experience in mental health and substance abuse counseling, I bring a wealth of knowledge but also a constant curiosity to learn more from each person I meet. My passion is to bring my lived and professional experience, strength, and compassion to help clients find a new way of life. I am dedicated to working with teens and queer folx and supporting clients seeking greater freedom through collaborative counseling for substance use and co-occurring mental health challenges. I am a Trauma focused therapist, EMDR and Somatic Experiencing trained, as well as a registered yoga teacher (RYT), mindfulness meditation instructor and facilitator, and Reiki master practitioner.
