About My Clients

I support clients with a strengths-based perspective and a humanistic approach. I enjoy helping clients see their lives through an attachment lens and working through trauma, depression, and anxiety struggles. I primarily work with pre-teens & teenagers who are working to establish their identity while processing life events and current relationships. This includes supporting their parents through challenging phases, technology in the home, and positive parenting.

My Background and Approach

Prior to social work, I was an educator in the private and public school system. After realizing I was passionate about supporting students with emotional intelligence and social-emotional growth, I pursued my social work degree to support both children and their parents on an individual level. After becoming a social worker, I found my passion in supporting preteens, teenagers, and their parents. Using an attachment lens, I enjoy working with families to support stability, cell phone safety, boundaries, and positive parenting.
