About My Clients
I work with individuals struggling with anxiety, trauma, life transitions, codependency and general relationship dynamics. I also work with couples experiencing conflict or navigating challenges such as parenting, blending different cultures and identities, or exploring non-traditional relationships. As part of my practice, I provide treatment for mental health issues related to professional struggles, such as burnout, perfectionism, work-life balance and career transitions.
My Background and Approach
I treat individuals and couples through a relational approach. I believe this process can be both fun and fulfilling while allowing you to explore parts of yourself that previously felt inaccessible. I am committed to helping clients feel safe enough to experience authentic joy and connectedness so that they can be more present in their daily lives. I tailor treatment to each client’s unique needs by incorporating modalities such as Internal Family Systems, psychodynamic psychotherapy, CBT, DBT, and mindfulness. Regardless of approach, what is transformative in therapy occurs in the relational dynamic. I am committed to practicing from an anti-oppressive, inclusive, and culturally responsive framework. I have advanced training in family and couples therapy from the Institute for Contemporary Psychotherapy where I am currently a staff member and in Internal Family Systems from the IFS Institute.
