About My Clients

My ideal client is someone who finds themselves struggling with depression, anxiety, insomnia, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, binge eating disorder, addiction/substance use disorders and many others.
My Background and Approach
I am a board certified Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Certified Addictions Registered Nurse (Advance Practice) with 8 years of experience as an advanced practice provider and 16 years of experience working in psychiatry. I provide medication management, therapy, and addiction treatment services. I work with you, on your team and listen closely to your needs to help develop an individualized treatment plan to help you achieve recovery. I believe in providing holistic care covering physical, psychological, emotional, and spiritual dimensions. This includes mindfulness, social connectedness, nutrition, exercise and sleep.
