About My Clients
Life can steamroll even the strongest, most loving people. Relationships, in particular, can offer you the greatest rewards or some of your deepest pains. I work with motivated women and/or committed couples to heal their emotional, relational and sexual wounds. Whether we meet individually or partnered, you can learn how to manage stress, anxiety, grief or worry, as well as strengthen connection with the ones you love the most . Clients have described this work as life changing.

I take an active role during our therapy sessions and through role modeling, I teach self-compassion, empathy, non-violent communication and non-judgment . My three tiered approach focuses on education, therapy and coaching with the goal of fostering healing, hope and transformation.
