About My Clients

I work with creative, introspective young adults navigating anxiety, identity, and life transitions. Many feel stuck or disconnected yet long to express themselves more fully. Together, we use expressive arts, mindfulness, and culturally rooted practices to help you reconnect with your voice, creativity, and sense of meaning.

My Background and Approach

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I help creative young adults navigate anxiety, identity exploration, and life transitions through an expressive, culturally sensitive lens. My approach integrates traditional talk therapy with expressive arts, mindfulness, and Indigenous-rooted healing practices to support deep emotional insight and authentic self-expression. I draw from my background in expressive arts therapy training and experience across both inpatient and private practice settings. Whether we’re using imagery, movement, journaling, or creative metaphor. I tailor our work to your unique strengths and story; helping you reconnect with your creativity, clarity, and confidence.

My Personal Beliefs and Interests

I am deeply committed to supporting and uplifting Native American communities. I actively participate in cultural preservation efforts and work alongside Indigenous organizations to promote awareness of Native issues, including land sovereignty, education, and healthcare access. I believe in the importance of listening to and amplifying Native voices, especially in conversations about systemic injustices and the ongoing impact of colonialism. I am also deeply committed to supporting and affirming neurodivergent individuals as well as members of the LGBTQ community. I believe in creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where everyone’s unique experiences and identities are respected and celebrated. My practice is rooted in values of inclusion, equity, and compassion, and I strive to honor the diverse ways people experience and interact with the world.
