I specialize in psychiatric diagnosis, medication management, psychotherapy and holistic interventions for children, adolescents, and young adults with mental health concerns including anxiety, depression, behavioral disorders, ADHD, and trauma.
My Background and Approach
I am a board-certified Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with over 15 years of experience with a wide range of issues including stress, anxiety, depression, attention deficit, and behavioral issues, amongst others. I have a Bachelor’s degree in Biology from the College of the Holy Cross, a Master’s degree in Nursing from Yale University and a Post-Master’s Certificate from Hunter College with a specialty in Psychiatric Mental Health. I specialize in psychiatric diagnosis, medication management, brief psychotherapy and holistic interventions for children, adolescents, and adults with mental health issues and behavioral disorders. My primary goal is to reduce distressing symptoms, enhance functioning, and improve the overall well-being of my clients. I will work with you to develop an individualized treatment plan which may include therapeutic strategies, medication management, or lifestyle changes.

My approach is based on the clinical and developmental needs of each client and is tailored to individual strengths. I integrate the neurobiological understanding of mental health with an emphasis on the nursing model, which focuses on patient education, advocacy, and holistic care in maintaining overall wellness.
