I utilize a strengths-based, trauma-informed, and person-centered style to support my clients through difficult times. Because of this, I work best with clients who are interested in working on their self awareness to identify their strengths, areas for improvement, and goals. I am able to provide both casual and structured therapy options, based on my clients’ needs.
My Background and Approach
I am a true believer in the therapeutic power of dialogue. I strive to provide an inclusive, empathic, and non-judgmental space to really dig into managing your emotions and daily stressors as we work to nurture your positive personal relationships. My ultimate hope is to empower you to identify emotions so you can advocate for your needs in your daily life. I use a balance of listening and open-ended questions to really understand your life experiences. In my approach, I prioritize connection and reasonable expectations as we identify together what sustainable change means for you. I love being a supportive, consistent figure in the lives of my clients when they don’t have that already. I value modeling what trust and support can look like in your daily life. Additionally, I offer workplace and wellness coaching for those experiencing burnout and stress.
