About My Clients
I work with teens, adults, and families who are navigating things like anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, and women’s issues. I also understand that life experiences, family dynamics, and your environment all play a role in what you’re going through, and we’ll take that into account as we work together. My goal is to give you the space to process while also helping you move forward in a way that feels meaningful and realistic for you.
My Background and Approach
My approach is supportive, collaborative, and solution-focused. I believe therapy should be a balance between understanding your experiences and finding ways to create change. We’ll spend time exploring patterns, thoughts, and emotions, while also building practical tools you can use in your day-to-day life. I often incorporate techniques like CBT, ACT, and mindfulness to help you better understand yourself, manage difficult emotions, and feel more grounded. Rather than giving you answers, I work alongside you to help you find what works best for you. Therapy is not one-size-fits-all, so I tailor the process to your needs and goals.
My Personal Beliefs and Interests
As a young person, I grew up struggling with anxiety and social issues. I’m passionate about helping those with similar struggles find relief and peace in their daily lives. The majority of my career, I’ve worked in the public school system. I’m a strong advocate for students with exceptionalities and their families.
